Everyone's got spam filters, and some mail admins are a touch overzealous. We keep detailed logs of all mail transactions (not content) for about a week. If you are concerned that a piece of mail was not delivered, please contact us by e-mail, chat or phone.
We will need the following information to find the transaction in our logs:
- The sender's address
- The recipient's email address
- The date/time the message was sent
It takes a little time to do the forensics, but we can tell you with certainty if a piece of mail was delivered to the recipient's mail server. Whether or not their mail admin delivered it to the recipient’s inbox however is another matter.
